Well-maintained, budget property. Nicely furnished and brand-new rooms with a note on the table, great views plus drinks. Enormous and exceptional breakfast with gourmet selections and well-trained staff. Only 5 minutes walk from Shiodome subway station. Early check in and in general efficient service. Main bar and clean pool. Outstanding experience there.

The room was contemporary and extremely pleasant, could see the bay from the window.

The "small touches" in the room... the teddy bear, the bathroom amenities, the automated curtains, the bed, the duvet, the pillows.

Tried to make a "quiet" call in the lobby, but there was no where, where I could stand in silence.

bar closes at 11:00 pm.... they had a semi-live band?(sax player one night and a piano player another night... would have been better if they had a piano player and a singer every night....).

We were pleasantly surprised by the impeccable service at Conrad Tokyo. Despite arriving late at night, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and accommodated. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with a stunning skyline view. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations, offering a wide variety of delicious options. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Glass of wine in the bistro ¥2500+ , what the? Carpet and recliners are a little worn and sound comes through from the hallway from conversations, vacuum cleaners and tray noises.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being right on a main train station, making it easy to access all major sights and areas in the city. Additionally, it is very close to Shiodome subway station, allowing for convenient transportation. The hotel is also near a beautiful park, providing a nice outdoor space to relax and enjoy.

The hotel lacks a dedicated fitness center or gym.
